
The Dobra Da Poum is a block of Brazilian street percussion that has existed since 2011 and continues its musical adventure, to the rhythmic sounds of its many drums! Nestled in Vaulx, a small village located near Annecy, in Haute-Savoie, and made up of 12 to 18 amateur musicians, the Dobra Da Poum hosts all kinds of festive events and adapts to all outdoor performances both in wandering only in static, whether it is raining, selling or even snowing…. !
Led by its leader Guillaume, who composes the block’s repertoire with passion, with Samba reggae and Samba afro pieces, in the tradition of the rhythms of the samba reggae school from northern Brazil to Salvador de Bahia, the Dobra Da Poum shares its music with the public to discover this musical tradition of South America and bring the festive atmosphere and the sun of Brazilian rhythms.
